Doors open at 5:30 PM. Please ensure you give yourself enough time to go through security. Everyone is to enter through Gate 13, located on the LRT side. Your name will appear on a list — please let security know you are here for Concessions 5, 7, or 8.

Our concessions are located on the west side of the building. Once inside, please proceed to Concession 5 to sign in, where you will be assigned your duties for the evening.

You will pick up the black volunteer shirt that must be worn during your shift. At the end of your shift, please return the shirt when signing out.

Team leads for each concession are as follows:

• Concession 5 — Mikayla and Kerri Gibbs
• Concession 7 — Janice Kladas and Nadia Alberda
• Concession 8 — Jamie Khan and Raegen Brett

Nancy will be floating between all three concessions throughout the evening.

Mandatory training for all new volunteers will take place at 5:00 PM at Concession 5. Please be on time so we are fully prepared to open at 5:30 PM.

Dress Code:

Please dress according to the weather,

Ladies:

• Black capris or black pants are permitted
• Hair must be tied back
• Black volunteer shirt will be provided
• Runners or closed-toe shoes only (no open-toe shoes permitted)

Men:

• Shorts are permitted
• Black volunteer shirt will be provided
• Runners or closed-toe shoes required
